And it begins. Tear down in the morning. New cam chains, head gaskets and with luck Dorman oil cooler by tomorrow afternoon. Friday will be assembly. Pictures to follow....
Passenger side head will already be in a neutral position at top dead center so no need to move the cams once chains are off just remove them. I’ll try and get some pictures from the FSM tomorrow at work for you to show what I mean.Thank you... Been doing some research this is my first DOHC motor... 30 degrees passenger. How about the passenger side?
Why keep the wheels on?I’m sure the 40” tires make that job even more fun.
