Ok.  The arrows were for a reply to Hotwire, asking which fuses had constant power (key off).  Those three had power when only the two in the center should.

And as for the fuse amps, I realized that after taking the pic.  I had just been replacing with what i pulled out.  So aI will blame the PO for the wrong sizes.  Over 10 years ago, but yes.  And I am going to switch them out with the appropriate ones next time I go out. 

Especially that 52 in the 25 slot!!!!!  :-)
