Area Jeep Dealer Recommendations

I’m in Arlington, and looking for Jeep dealer information. I’m tracking the local options, generally. But which dealers or salespeople you’ve had particularly good or bad experiences with? I’m probably going to be ordering from the factory, if that makes any difference (unless I’m lucky enough to find what I’m looking for on a lot).

Thanks for any recommendations you are able to share.

I had a pretty good experience with Lindsay in centerville. I’m sure others have good recommendations as well

I am currently working on my 11th or 12th purchase with O'Neil Bennett at Stafford of Springfield, looking at a Hornet. He's super nice and very helpful with whatever you need. Exceptionally honest and always has your side with finance.

It is a good haul for you, but Safford Jeep of Fredricksburg has been fabulous to me for over 10 years. Joe Robinson has been there several years and is top notch

I’ve had good sales and service experience at Koons in Tysons. I bought my Wrangler from Ourisman in Bethesda and would not recommend.

Question on the service front. I’ve called 4 different dealers in the area multiple times to get a quote on installing the 2” Mopar lift, and none are calling back. I’ve been going the dealer route because the Jeep is still under the factory warranty. Do dealers not want to do this type of work? Should I go elsewhere?

I may have a Jeep for sale once I get new rear gears installed.

Safford in Fredericksburg, I use the Dodge side not the Jeep side personally, for my service needs.

I'm in fairfax and the only one locally that I trust anymore is Dulles Jeep in leesburg. Its a hike, but they've done perfect warranty work on my ecodiesel egr/intake manifold and on its axle. Last time I went to koons tysons for repair work they gave me my JKUR back with no bolts in the rear driveshaft. Never again.
