Sand Blasting
« on: March 09, 2021, 08:54:08 PM »
Does anyone know any local companies that do sand blasting on bumpers?  I want to get the current substandard powder coating removed from my front and rear mid-width bumpers and my front bumper skid plate.  They are really starting to show the shoddy job (and rust spots) the powder-coat guys did on them!  Thanks everyone!

Sandblast America in Manassas.  They powder coated my front and rear bumpers.  The rear one needed stripping before powder coating.  They did an excellent job for the best price I could find in the area.
Mods, they never end.  My rig needs a sponsor!  :)

Thanks Chris!  I'm going to reach out to the guys in Manassas first.  Appreciate the response!

I used SodaBlasters of VA to strip my rock sliders before repainting. They have a mobile service which came to my house and did it in my backyard. Would not recommend in a HOA or house with close neighbors as it’s loud. But I was very happy with the service.
