Well no pics but I tried to “de-Moab” it

Oil and filter change
Tire rotation
Lubed all the grease fittings
Changed air filter
Changed cabin filter
Pulled EVERYTHING out of the inside including all the carpet and vacuumed and wiped everything down
Then cleaned the outside
Climbed under and threw some black rattle can rust prevention paint on all the rock rash after sanding of course.

Sooooo should be good for the next wheeling adventure now!
Good on you brother!! So many folks don't make the time to do it and wonder why their junk breaks.

Old cranky guy finished. Not one of the $2,000+ bumpers but I self-limit my purchases so I went to my max budget, good reviews, got to have aux reverse lights like the Oracles I had in the factory junk bumper. Good corner protection. So I'm pleased.

Man I’m hoping this type of maintenance works! I’ve never enjoyed a vehicle more than this Jeep hands down. I want her to last me a loooong time :)

As Joe said many do not do the nut and bolt check after an adventure. Preventive maintenance goes a very long way.

Spent almost 2 hours last night running a tap through 72 threads on the cage to clean up any over spray from the paint before trying to reinstall.
Maaaan that is a lot of screwing around:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:. I found for stuff like that a variable speed drill works real well.

About half way through I contemplated it, but in some sick way, I needed it. Traveling nonstop for the last 2 weeks, family craziness, and life, it was nice to do something mindless and quiet for a couple hours right before bed. 😂
Completely understand, might start doing the same thing after dinner to catchup on my mods for the Cali trip.

I booger welded a new shock mount to the axle tube. Been putting it off. Since I have to replace the shock anyway, decided to get it done. And since I had the welder out, I booger welded the shock towers to the frame to see if that will help since no matter what locktite I use, the bolts always loosen when wheeling.

Have you ever tried these?

They are nearly one time use, but they do hold
