Took the tire off and replaced my broken valve stem on spare. No damage to tire....yay!
Also put on center cap, lol

Hard to tell in the pouring rain and better safe than sorry on the trail. Glad to hear there wasn’t worse damage.

Updated the JTRD in preparation for Rubicon Trail run. Found a used Alu-Cab canopy, rooftop tent, and awning for a heck of a deal.

With the assistance of @Galactica, completed the fastest jeep project I have ever done, and possibly the quickest in history.

One last thing I needed to knock out before reinstalling the turbo on the jeep was to chase some threads in the mounting bracket. I don't have a tap set but Kevin graciously offered to assist. I think we were done in less than five minutes.

I finalized everything with assembling the turbo. I double checked all the bolts and set the pre load on the waste gate where I think it will be good.

Next step is putting the mounting bracket in the TJ and doing a test fit of the turbo to make sure everything is good.

Got the repairs done after the AOAA pre-run...replaced the stock transfer case skid with a new one from Rusty's and replaced the steering stablizer, both of which had a close encounter with rocks.

Installed my latest “mod”, I think it looks pretty cool. Just don’t press too hard at 11pm and beep in the garage and wake you your wife and children! Haha

Over the weekend installed (with the help of Smiley T) a Rubicon rear bumper (with two red tow hooks) on my Gladiator. Looks much better with two red tow hooks compared to one black hook. It had an unfinished look to it!

Travis is doing well! Still enjoys the beach life in Southern Shores! He bartends at Outer Banks Brewing Station Tues-Fri afternoons. He is still wheeling in a 2009 JKU that he bought from his brother. I just texted him and told him you said hi!

Took out the old seats on the TJ. Got the new ones in but didn’t realize an adapter was needed to make the new seats work. Guess I won’t be driving the Jeep until those come in

Installed Genesis Offroad dual battery kit. Not too bad of install, but I am working around a Goose Gear seat delete and their kits are primarily built for JLs seat mounts, the JTs require the use of their full underseat cubby.
