That's correct. Assuming nothing is excessively worn or damaged, all you should need is springs and an an alignment.

Wheels suggestion.
Look at Method "Bead Grip" wheels. they function like bead locks in the fact that they have knurling in the bead seat to hold the tire on at low pressures and high side wall loads. @Fearless runs them on her Gladiator with 40s and regularly runs 8 psi without issue.
Rock Crawler make some great suspension stuff, if you go that route look at their system that deletes the rear track bar. great set up and dependable.
