Thought I could do it one-handed, I've managed so much else, but can't. Problem is the 8 modified Torx head belts where front shaft meets t-case. Can't use impact but they do have factory green Loctite so its a long slow slug with ratchet. Obviously, VERY slow with one-arm. We all know how ratchet flops around when pulling hard and with no other hand to hold it, well...
So it took 2.5 hours to get one bolt that way.
I'm trying to get the new shaft on before April 2 Flagpole trip.
I'm in Nokesville so kinda far out for most folks but would appreciate anyone willing to lend a hand this week.

Let me know.

Maybe you can bring it to the meeting tomorrow and we can swap them out after.

I believe it may require more tools than it appears and would hate to get into it far from all my boxes. Plus easier on garage concrete than parking lot asphalt. Just trying to not make it a slug fest where it wears everyone out. I do appreciate the suggestion Matt.

Let me know brother. Open any day but Wednesday and Friday

It is great to help out fellow jeeper and a brother in arms. Thanks Joe for letting me twist bolts or your rig. Enjoy the Flag pole run
