Hi everyone,
I'm somewhat new to the NoVA area, moved to Gainesville area in 2018 after being out west in Idaho for about 11 years and change. Not new to Jeeps, I've been working on my own since about 2005 when I got my first XJ ('86 Waggy), I've only gone without a Jeep for about 6 months since then because my '98 got totaled on me.
I'm looking forward to getting out on some trails and getting my son some experience once he gets his license now that he's got an '01 XJ of his own to work on. We got it with some work needed on the engine and some other touch-ups and TLC needed but very solid rig with hardly any rust.
I'm currently driving my '20 JT with my '05 TJ as my own project/toy.
I have some future plans for both my son's XJ and my TJ in the coming year and I'm hoping to get some work done and posted on the forum soon.
