12 PM - Lunch Served (RSVP to VicePresident@va4wda.org with the number of people in your group for food)

1:00 PM - Business meeting starts (bring your favorite camp chair)​

Join us and learn what the VA4WDA does for you and our sport. Our business members, club spokespersons, and guest speakers will be present to discuss what they do and answer any questions you may have for them. This is a great opportunity to promote your business/organization/club and speak with four wheelers from other clubs.



We are taking nominations for the offices of Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer for the 2025-2027 term. Please email your nomination to Jesse at President@va4wda.org. Nominations will be accepted 30 days prior to the meeting (starting February 20, 2025) and conclude at end of the business meeting. Ballots will be mailed if candidates are running opposed. If candidates are running unopposed, a vote will be taken at the meeting

Tentative times
Lunch will be serviced at 1200 followed by the meeting from 1300-1500

Typically nominations for the board will open 30 days ahead of the meeting with a conclusion or nominations during the meeting, this year VP, Secretary and Treasurer are up for a new two year term.

Updated and Event added also. It is a hike for most of us, but if anyone wants a getaway for the weekend, ocean front rooms are still pretty cheap this time of year, way less tourists at the Ocean Front too.

Sandy is going to look into a possible way for people to join virtually. I will update when I hear more.

My understanding is they will be doing at least part of thr meeting on FB live
